HYDERABAD: Matrix Laboratories Ltd , the Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical major, has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors has designated Dr C. Satyanarayana, Executive Vice-President (Business Development and Technical Services), as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) from October 6.In another development, the company informed the exchanges that Dr Satyanarayana has transferred 49,000 equity shares of the company to his wife, Ms C. Naga Rani. As a result of this, his shareholding stands reduced to 29,900 shares, amounting to 0.21 per cent of the paid-up capital of the company.
